Billing, refunds, and cancellations
For a cancellation or refund request, email us from the account email and include the approximate purchase date and receipt or order reference. Read the full Refunds & Cancellations policy first.
Account and privacy requests
You can ask for help accessing your account, correcting account information, or requesting account and data deletion. For account or privacy requests, write from the email address connected to your account so we can verify the request.
